Since winning the 2008 if.comedy Best Newcomer Award for her debut solo show Sarah Millican’s Not Nice at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, Sarah has fast established herself as a household name.

As well as being crowned The People’s Choice: Queen of Comedy at the 2011 British Comedy Awards, Sarah has appeared at The Royal Variety Performance and released her debut DVD, Chatterbox Live, which became the biggest selling stand-up DVD by a female comedian of all time.

She has notched up countless appearances on top comedy shows including QI, Mock the Week, Have I Got News For You, 8 Out of 10 Cats, Live at the Apollo, and Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow. Sarah’s own six part series, The Sarah Millican Television Programme, which combined stand-up inspired by what she has seen on TV as well as unique interviews with television stars who have impressed her, aired on BBC2 in March and April 2012. A second series, including a Christmas Special is set to be recorded in Autumn 2012 and transmit early 2013.

Sarah has completed two sell-out national tours, playing to over 200,000 people. Her third national tour has just been announced and begins in September 2013.
